The hour has come for Christ to die and several things are mentioned.  Sinners are told they can be set free.  Believe while you have light.  Every lost sinner has been judged and found guilty. Lost sinner, you will not always be here.  God has a will and is involved in the affairs of man.  We can discern between right and wrong.  Why would God make us so complex if there was no intent?  Why would God hold us in judgement if we are not accountable?  God is going to judge us according to His word.  People are trying to live their lives as if there is no God and no right or wrong.  If you die lost, you go to hell.  The world does not want to give God His due.  All the world is guilty before God and all the wicked shall be turned into hell.  Satan's greatest weapon is to make you think he doesn't exist.  Satan wants to trick you and damn you to hell and keep you living your life contrary to God.  A lie has for its father Satan.  Satan has been cast out so there is a limit to his evil.  The only penalty for sin is death.  If you want to be saved from hell, you can be right now.
